Privacy Notice
This preview explains how inquiry information is handled by the public website. The public contact and privacy email is service@chinese-gingko.com. The legal operator identity, governing law and final retention basis must still be completed before commercial launch.
Information submitted with an inquiry
The inquiry form may collect your name, organisation, business email, country or region, optional telephone number, destination market, product interest, requested documents, target specification and the requirement summary you choose to provide.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, private keys, confidential formulas or personal information that is not necessary for the inquiry.
Purpose and review
Information is used to receive, secure, review and respond to the specific inquiry, maintain a traceable inquiry reference, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and support correction or deletion requests. An inquiry does not create a quotation, supplier approval, product-suitability decision or supply agreement.
Inquiry records are reviewed by a person. The public website is not connected to the private local AI system, and an inquiry is not automatically transferred to that system.
Security verification and infrastructure
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. The browser receives a public sitekey and a short-lived verification token; the server validates the token with Cloudflare before accepting the inquiry. The private Turnstile secret is never sent to the browser.
The application stores a keyed pseudonymous value derived from the network address for abuse prevention. It does not store the raw network address in the inquiry database. Contact and inquiry content is stored in the bound Cloudflare D1 database only after validation succeeds.
Retention
The current production configuration is designed for a maximum default retention period of 180 days, while preview records use 30 days. Expired records are scheduled for deletion. The final published notice and production setting must be reviewed together before launch and adjusted where a legal or operational requirement applies.
Sharing and access
Access should be limited to authorised operators who need the information to review or answer the inquiry. Information is not published in the supplier directory and is not sold as a public lead list. Any later transfer to a supplier requires a separate human decision and should disclose only what is necessary.
Correction or deletion
For privacy, correction, access or deletion requests, email service@chinese-gingko.com and quote the inquiry reference where available. The legal operator identity will be added before commercial launch.
